Fulfillment Policy

At TMJ Acquisitions Inc., we are committed to delivering our consulting, marketing, and automation services with precision, transparency, and timeliness.
This Fulfillment Policy explains how we manage service delivery, client onboarding, timelines, and post-delivery support to ensure a consistent and professional experience for every client.

2. Service Delivery Process

a. Consultation & Proposal

After an initial strategy consultation, we provide a written proposal outlining the project scope, deliverables, pricing, and estimated timeline.
Once the client approves and payment or retainer is received, the fulfillment process begins.

b. Implementation & Execution

All services — including AI marketing system setup, automation integration, and strategic planning — are executed according to the agreed project plan.
Clients receive periodic updates and may review deliverables during key milestones.

c. Completion & Review

Upon project completion, a summary report or access credentials (if applicable) are provided.
Clients have a review period to confirm satisfaction or request minor adjustments per the agreed terms.

3. Delivery Timeline

Fulfillment timelines vary depending on project complexity. Typical delivery ranges are:

  • Consulting Services: 3–10 business days from agreement confirmation.

  • Automation Setup or Strategy Build: 10–30 business days.

  • Ongoing Campaign Management: Delivered according to scheduled intervals (weekly or monthly).

All delivery timelines are communicated and agreed upon in writing prior to project start.

4. Communication & Updates

Clients receive communication via email or project management platforms to ensure full visibility into progress, feedback loops, and deadlines.
Our standard response time for inquiries and updates is within 1–2 business days.

5. Revisions & Adjustments

TMJ Acquisitions Inc. offers revisions limited to the original project scope.
Additional changes or feature requests outside the initial agreement may incur additional fees and timeline extensions.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our services involve strategic consulting and custom digital implementation, all fees paid are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
In the event of cancellation prior to execution, any unused retainer balance may be refunded, minus administrative costs.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback, required data, and account access to prevent fulfillment delays.
Delays caused by client inaction or missing information may extend delivery timelines.
