TMJ AI Consulting, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to delivering high-quality AI workflow systems, automation services, and strategic consulting to all clients. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how our services are delivered, what clients can expect after purchase, and the terms surrounding fulfillment timelines and communication.
By purchasing or engaging in our services, you agree to the fulfillment terms outlined below.
1. Service Overview
TMJ AI Consulting provides digital and consulting-based services including AI workflow system setup, automation development, performance-based services, and strategic advisory. All services are delivered remotely via online platforms, virtual meetings, and digital communication channels.
No physical products are shipped.
2. Service Delivery Process
A. After Checkout / Purchase
Clients will receive:
A confirmation email within 24 hours
A link to schedule an onboarding call
A welcome packet detailing next steps
Access to any required intake forms
B. Onboarding Timeline
Once the onboarding form and requested information are submitted, we begin the setup phase. Typical timelines:
System Setup: 10–21 business days
Automation Build-Out: 2–6 weeks depending on scope
Performance or Retainer Services: Ongoing monthly
Revenue Share Partnerships: Ongoing according to agreement
Timelines may vary depending on client responsiveness and complexity of systems.
C. Communication During Fulfillment
Clients receive:
Regular progress updates
Access to a dedicated communication channel (email or portal)
Scheduled strategy sessions and review calls
Reporting dashboards when included in the package
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure proper fulfillment, clients must:
Complete required intake forms promptly
Provide accurate business information
Grant necessary access to tools (CRM, email, calendars, etc.)
Attend scheduled onboarding or review calls
Respond to communication within reasonable timeframes
Delays in client responsiveness may extend fulfillment timelines.
4. Revisions & Adjustments
Each service package includes a defined number of revisions or adjustments, depending on the scope. Any requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
5. Delivery of Final Assets
Final deliverables—including automation systems, dashboards, workflows, integrations, or documentation—are considered fulfilled once:
The system is built
Testing is completed
Access is transferred to the client
A final walkthrough is conducted (or offered)
6. Ongoing Support
Clients under monthly retainer or performance-based agreements receive continued system support, optimization, and maintenance as defined in their contract.
Clients who purchase only the setup package may request paid ongoing support if desired.
7. Non-Delivery Circumstances
TMJ AI Consulting is not liable for delays caused by:
Client failing to provide required information
Third-party tools or platforms experiencing downtime
Payment not being completed
Missed or canceled client appointments
Changes in client business direction mid-project
We will always communicate proactively when delays occur.
8. Refund Policy
Because our services are digital, custom-built, and time-based, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If a client is unsatisfied, we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns within the scope of the agreement.
