  • Management & Reporting Services: Ongoing, per client agreement

Delays caused by third-party entities (e.g., financing institutions, inspectors, or local government offices) may affect fulfillment timelines; clients will be notified promptly.

4. Communication Protocols

Clients and partners receive regular updates throughout each stage of acquisition, renovation, or management.
Reports, property updates, and key documents are shared securely via email or client portals.

5. Contractual Deliverables
